Terry is the Man! His shop did everything they could to get me back on the road after my HD broke down during a seven-state tour the wife and I were taking. HD was 30 miles away and completely useless. With amazing finesse and ingenuity, Terry was able to solve my problem and get me rolling again. I cannot be more thankful that I was in range of GearHead Junction! I highly recommend this shop to everyone, and, just to reiterate what I said earlier, Terry is the MAN!

Since moving to Pearisburg in early 2018, I have taken my Harley to Terry and his outstanding staff at Gearhead Junction for over a year. I have needed everything from a simple oil change to having my stator repaired and they have done a fantastic job every time. They are always transparent, fair, and up front about the pricing and the work that is involved. They are excellent at keeping in contact to let me know about any updates or changes to any work that is being done. Their knowledge of motorcycle mechanics is better than any Harley dealer I've been to, to the point that they even go over any future maintenance I'm going to need on a nearly 20 year old bike. Thanks for all the hard work gentlemen.
Very, very, very friendly and amazing customer service. They changed a flat tire for us over an hour and half after they closed. We looked for hours for a place to change a tire for us because we needed to ride very early the next morning, and they did it for us way after hours. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Whether you live in Roanoke, Blacksburg, Princeton, or other places in the New River Valley, go to GearHead Junction in Pearisburg if your motorcycle needs service or repairs. These guys have incredible skills with years of experience. I have a 2006 Suzuki Burgman 400 that has seen a lot of miles from riding it cross-country 5 times. Gearhead keeps it running as if it were new. Whether small problems or big ones, they always fix it right. I took it in once for an oil change, and they checked it thoroughly as part of their service. They discovered a problem that would have been catastrophic if not rectified. Terry even answered my questions when I contacted him from Wyoming about a concern. They now sell SWMs and Royal Enfields, the longest running motorcycle in continuous production. However, given that they are keeping my Burgman running so smoothly, I'll stick with it. The numerous events they sponsor are great fun. If you need repairs, they have the expertise to get you on the road again.
On August 28, 2019 I brought an older four wheeler in for diagnostic tests. I was told upfront the cost of the testing, and we discussed the issues suspected beforehand. Terry was very knowledgeable and polite. After the testing was complete, the fate of the old machine was confirmed, these guys did not try to talk me into another machine, or work I couldn't afford. They were simply upfront and did the job expected. But wait, there's more. On the day I had scheduled to get the four wheeler back, I had been called, unbeknownst to the guys at Gearheadz, and told to come in abruptly for an emergency medical procedure. When I questioned the best way to get this machine out citing my aforementioned emergency and explaining I had to do this quickly and it had to be done today, as I couldn't lift or pull for weeks after this appointment, Derek insisted bringing the machine to me. They will never understand what a blessing that was that day. I would recommend them to anyone. You can get service anywhere, but you can't get "Good People" anymore many places. These are "Good People".
Really great place for service. Very fair and knowledgeable. Terry really helped us out with some maintenance while we were riding the MABDR. Couldn't have found a better place. He even added in some great conversation and motorcycling stories. Hope to be back to share a beer.
Terry is amazing!! Cool shop with lots of personality and the people are great. Haven't been in his store that I wasn't enticed to buy something. And every time we buy something he always gives us a great deal!!! Bought the hubby a sissy bar bag and Ram phone holder today for his birthday. He was a happy camper!! Thank you Terry for everything!!!!
Terry is the Man!!! I got a flat at a gas station in Pembroke, about 10 miles away. The gas station owner called Terry, and Terry was there in like 15-20 minutes. He picked up my wheel, took it to his shop, replaced tube, and returned it to me at the gas station. This was all on a Monday night around 8 pm, when I'm sure the shop was closed. I asked him what I owed him, and he said, "NOTHING, just pay it forward." AMAZING!! Not that everyone can get free service, but he just felt like doing this out of the goodness of his heart. I owe you big time Terry. THANKS!!
